This opportunity is for a
Wage Administrator I
on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will coordinate all aspects of wage incentive pay plan administration at the unit.
Compile and maintain wage incentive pay plan records/baselines and monitors activities to support the pay plan.
Compile and summarize data to calculate teams' weekly and semester performance and productivity ratio.
Calculate and approve plan seeding under planned disruption policy.
Facilitate continuous improvement activities within teams to reduce cost and improve processes.
Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports of wage incentive pay play information as necessary to evaluate the status of the pay plan at the unit.
Provide training and education such as wage incentive pay plan, work measurement, and other related programs.
Apply Industrial Engineering techniques to calculate accurate labor standards and costs.

Excel - Intermediate to Advance (Pivot tables, V-Lookup etc.).
PowerPoint and SAP experience.
0-3 years’ experience with a BA or AA Degree.
