A leading provider of construction workforce staffing solutions is looking for a bi-lingual Sales Representative for their Miami territory. The company serves construction clients Nationally and meets their client’s need for a reliable, efficient workforce in the construction industry. The Sales Representative is responsible for finding and developing construction related accounts. This position will identify potential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments and execute a sales funnel process. The Sales Representative reports directly to the Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure territory growth through thorough market and industry knowledge.
Create and present comprehensive sales proposals to clients.
Responsible for achieving sales goals in both revenue and profitability.
Maintain the client relationship - from sales through service delivery.
Understand the staffing industry from both a pricing and service delivery perspective.
This position also maintains the customer relationship throughout the sales life cycle.
Keep a high level of visibility and communication with the customer.
Continuously evaluate competitive activity to improve on sales techniques.
Maintain an awareness of the construction industry and changing needs
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong bi-lingual (English/Spanish) oral and written communication skills.
College degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
At least three years of construction or industrial outside sales experience.
Experience managing large volume industrial/construction customers
Self-motivation - able to work work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience growing sales territories as opposed to simply maintaining sales volume.
Ability to communicate with clients at all levels of their organization as necessary.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade an audience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn and work with new software programs.
COMPENSATION:
Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000
(depending on experience)
Potential annual commission/bonus of $15k - $20k
Incentive commission/bonus program
