This opportunity is for a Business Process Integrator on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will serve as an enterprise business process content expert dealing with the most complex issues in one or more functional areas.  Work with two or more Product Platforms to drive process improvement in processes and work methods covering multiple business strategies.  Have expert understanding in enabling systems and supports PV&V (Product Verification & Validation) Product Owner in determining the most cost-effective means for enabling the designed processes with systems solutions.  Support PV&V Project Manager with implementation and integration of next generation PV&V software application.  Facilitate the leverage of common business processes across Divisions, where appropriate, and drives common processes.  Participate and may facilitate reviews and formation of processes with another BPI’s. Primarily performs as an individual contributor, but may facilitate a small work team (6 or fewer members). Serve as an expert and leads decision making relative to process, technology, or business-related issues.  
 
Duties:
  • Facilitate/lead backlog grooming (management of features and user stories to eliminate duplications, organize, and prioritize customer requirements).
  • Develop work flow diagram or visualizations from feature backlog to share business process with User Experience and IT.
  • Translate user stories into specification requirements
  • Work with UX team to develop methodology and format of the user interface.
  • Define process and work with PV&V Process Coordinator to document business process maps.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for PV&V teams to plan and execute projects.
  • Facilitate the authoring process of updates to work instructions required because of enterprise PV&V process changes (JD-QPS, EPDP, Unit Work Instructions, etc.).
  • Evaluate and prioritize end user testing feedback.
  • Create application end user help files and transaction documents.
  • Develop and work with appropriate SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to execute end user testing.
  • Evaluate and prioritize SME PSI “end user” testing feedback.
