Helps augment the maturity level of process adoption.
Designs and architect’s business processes and how processes interface with UI, rules engines and external services.
Mentors the team in process design and best practices.
Interfaces with business experts to understand/analyze existing processes and plan process roadmaps
Analyzes requirements and recommends solutions to integrate application/software/systems components.
Expertly utilizes multiple development tools and maintains an expert level knowledge of programming languages and technologies.
Promotes quality by performing code reviews, developing and enforcing coding standards, recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Develop technical documentation, and promotes the use of existing documentation.
Applies the standard development methodology process to all projects.
BPM Process Design and Implementation (6+ years)
Java / J2EE (10+ years)
Database (8 + years) (SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.…)
Web services (5+ years) (REST and SOAP)
Strong experience in rules development (ODM, Drools, ILog etc)
Strong experience with Java Development, Design & Architecture
Strong experience with designing and planning service integrations
Strong experience with Databases (any RBDMS)
Experience in a variety of modelling techniques including BPMN process models, DMN decision models, class diagrams, etc
JBoss Business Process Management Suite
Experience in Messaging services (JMS)
Experience in writing SQL & PL/SQL functions, procedures
Experience with JSON
Experience with TDD (Test-driven development)
Experience with automated process testing
Solid understanding of API’s
Financial services experience
Solid experience applying methodologies to design and implement projects.
Demonstrated record of successful, complex system implementations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
